Regular Grant Application (Grants
from $3,000 to $15,000)
You may either download our grant application or utilize our on-line application when applying for a Regular, Mini, and Opportunity Grant. See below for instructions.
ON-LINE APPLICATION: Follow these instructions and suggestions to ensure that your application will be processed. NOTE: We advise that you save your information in another format, such as a Word document, as a measure of protection.
- Login to your account or register to
become a member.
- Access the appropriate online application (Regular, Mini or Opportunity) by clicking here (or visit our Forms page).
- We encourage you to write out your answers to each application question in a Word document prior to completing the online app, rather than typing your responses directly into the online application form.
- When filling out the application, please provide as much detail as possible, including full dates. Error messages will pop if a field is not filled-out correctly.
- Refrain from using commas in numerical figures. For example, instead of keying $3,000.00, try $3000.00. Commas, however, can be recognized in the narrative portions of the application.
- The application will only accept PDF-formatted attachments (e.g., resumes). If added material is needed for the application and cannot be converted into PDF, please contact the Grants Management office at DHF for alternative solutions.
- Please save your application-you may return to it at any point.
OR

the application via email or mail.
